I am an International Coach Federation Professional Certified Coach (ICF PCC), have a certificate in Leadership Coaching from the University of San Diego, and the Global Team Coaching Institute’s (GTCI) Systemic Team Coaching Accreditation. A member of the ICF, EMCC Global, ILM and IAC, I mentor accrediting Coaches for the University of San Diego’s Leadership Coaching Program, and in private practice. I’m also the CEO and founder of Leading Global Change LLC, a leadership development consultancy focusing on Mission driven organizations.
